1.  Registration:

Register the project online at: www.license.state.tx.us/abprojectregistrationonline/

Note:  A TDLR filing fee of $175.00 is required to be paid at the time of registration. 

2.  Send the following documents to your RAS or TDLR:  (Anytime before, but no later than the 20th calendar day after the "issue" date - This changed from 5 days to 20 days on September 1, 2009).

a.  Copy of the EAB Confirmation Page (this is the document that you print after registering the project online).  

          b.  One (1) complete set of construction documents.

c.  Required plan review fee (and inspection fee to avoid delays and unnecessary time and effort handling this when the project is ready for inspection). 

          d.  Proof of Submission Form

e.  Completed/signed Owner Agent Designation form (only if you are going to be designated by the owner to act on his/her behalf for purposes of dealing with and addressing all Architectural Barriers items.)

f.  A Request for Inspection form signed by the Owner or Owner's Designated Agent.  (This ensures the RAS has all required paperwork necessary to proceed with the inspection and minimizes delays).
