DUTIES & ACTIVITIES

Nina provides accessibility and consulting services in response to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). She provides building accessibility analyses barrier removal projects by working closely with designers to ensure compliance with standards.

In addition, Nina contributes to a variety of architectural projects with SA Partnership as a drafter, designer, accessibility specialist, and specifications writer.  Her depth of experience in the field gives her a great industry background from which to provide plan reviews, inspections, and consulting services for clients of Accessibility Unlimited.

Nina is certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) to review public and private project plans for compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). She has reviewed numerous sets of plans for compliance with state accessibility standards and provided consultation services for other architectural firms.
